Ile de Patiras is a private island paradise situated in the Gironde
estuary. Suzi & Al, the resident English owners will warmly welcome you

There is plenty of space for ball games, an adventure playground,
sandpit, badminton, table tennis, pool volleyball,
boules, canoes, a sailing boat….. Or just relax with one of our
collection of books or DVD’s!
19th C. vineyard estate buildings have recently been renovated to give two stunning gîtes. The 10m long saltwater pool is situated in a walled courtyard alongside the old wine making vats. There are no bunk beds or box rooms here! Each gîte has plenty of space, a BBQ and garden with furniture for outdoor dining or sunbathing, a modern kitchen supplied with everything we could imagine you would need including a dishwasher, and a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD player and stereo. Both gîtes have beamed ceilings, wooden or tiled floors and beautiful original stone walls and fireplaces.
Trompeloup
has 4 bedrooms, can accommodate 8 - 10 people and opens directly onto the
poolside! On the first floor are two twin rooms (one with an extra double sofa
bed) and the luxury master bedroom with fireplace and en
suite shower room. Another double bedroom is on the ground floor as is the main
bathroom. Prices from £640 - £1490 per week depending on the season. This
includes all linen, towels, gas, electricity and a daily return boat crossing to
Pauillac on the mainland,

Cazeau has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Sympathetically converted from an abandoned barn with a mezzanine double bedroom upstairs and open plan living accommodation. On the ground floor is an enormous open plan living room / dining room and kitchen, a huge bathroom and another bedroom with a double and single bed.
